The designs in this book were all reported in issues of Sunset Magazine. Several of the designs were award winners in the Western Home Awards program, a continuing review of residential house designs in the thirteen Western states jointly sponsored by the American Institute of Architects and Sunset Magazine.
This book is divided into six chapters. There's a chapter each for houses in the following five categories: Single-level houses; multi-level houses; small houses for small lots; houses for the country, mountains, and seashore; and houses for the desert. The sixth chapter is a potpourri of ideas for making the interior of the house more comfortable and livable.
The book is in good condition: Covers have edge wear. Inside pages are clean and tight. Please see a scan of the actual book up for sale.
I do have other mid century design books for sale. Please take a look.
